He crafts more than 30 cuvées annually, each telling its own distinctive tale. Epileptic Inspiration references Pieters back-to-basics, paper-and-scissors method to label design, a switch of approach necessitated by being diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of 30. The wine showcases remarkable complexity – savoury, nutty nuances mingle with stone fruit, culminating in a saline finish that adds depth to this exceptional wine.
