A 40YO Guyanan Rum named after the legendary "Black Tot Day", the last day that British sailors received their daily ration of rum. Rich molasses notes and a good dollop of oak char jump out on the nose along with notes of liquorice, cinnamon and nutmeg. The palate is full, rich and heavy with brown sugar, dried fruit and a whiff of smoke. An endless sweet and savoury finish rounds things off.
