Utilizing eau-de-vie from Grand and Petite Champagne, this XO Cognac is the result of a minimum 10-year maturation in French oak casks, yielding a nuanced and refined spirit. Expect a complex palate including notes of aged oak, dried fruits, pressed flowers, vanilla, toffee, cedarwood, chocolate, sweet grapes, wine tannins, cherries, plums, and hints of sweet tobacco smoke.
