Established in 2012, That Boutique-y Whisky Company is an independent bottler with a hugely expansive catalogue, covering whiskies from all over the world. To celebrate their 10th anniversary in 2022, they released a set of 12 expressions, including the ‘Boutique-y Birthday Blend’. A small batch blended Scotch, bottled at 46% ABV with a 10-year-old age statement. Expect notes of lime zest, tropical fruits, rye bread and a pinch of salt.
