The Cuvée des Moines Brut is the original cuvée of the Besserat de Bellefon House and is a blend of 45% Pinot Meunier, 35% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir. It has lovely floral aromatics supported by a palate of white peach and caramelised nuts. Serve with roast chicken.
