Berta Oltre Il Vallo

Oltre Il Vallo is a superb grappa made by the Berta distillery in Mombaruzzo, Italy. It is made from a blend of different grapes, including Nebbiolo, Barbera, and Dolcetto. The spirt is aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, which gives it a golden colour and a complex flavour profile, with hints of vanilla, caramel, and spice. It is perfect for enjoying as a digestif after a meal, or as an ingredient in cocktails.
