Berta sources high-quality pomace from top wine regions throughout Italy, which is kept fresh and moist until distillation. Castelletto dell’Annunziata is one of their latest releases, made from Nebbiolo, Barbera and Moscato. It’s a refined and complex grappa, with notes of cherries, orange blossom, vanilla, chocolate and hints of tobacco.
