A single varietal grappa made in small batches from the pomace of Vespaiolo, an indigenous grape variety named after the Italian for ‘wasp’. On the nose, aromas of flower blossom dominate, followed by notes of apples, honey and figs. The palate suggests fresh apricots, green apples and pears. The grappa is presented in a beautiful hand-blown magnum bottle.
