Bepi Tosolini is named after its founder, Giuseppe Tosolini, better known by his nickname Bepi. He started distilling high-quality grappa in 1943, at a time when the grape-based spirit a bad reputation. This expression is made with Refosco, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot pomace from the Friuli region, which is distilled within 48 hours from pressing to retain their original aromas and flavours.
