Situated in Alba, Ceretto is one of the top wine producers in Piedmont, known for their single-vineyard Barolos. Founded by Riccardo Ceretto in 1937, the estate is still family owned and managed to this day. This 1974 Barolo comes from the historic ‘Villero’ cru, situated in the village of Castiglione Falletto. Expect notes of plums, meat and dried sage, all embedded in plenty of acidity.
