Baías e Enseadas is the brainchild of Daniel Afonso, a former wine bar owner. His Reserva Branco Arinto is a full-bodied white wine hailing from Lisbon’s wine growing region. Fermentation begins in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature between 16º and 18º, finishing in used French oak barrels. The wine goes through malolactic fermentation and spends another 6 months in barrels. Fresh, mineral and with a saline acidity, this is a must-try Portuguese white.
