The 2018 Klip Kop Steen (Chenin Blanc) comes from low-yielding old vines on shallow granite soils, which produce exposed small bunches that attain a little more ripeness and undergoes a 16-month ferment on the gross lees. It is deeply concentrated with aromas of pear, stone fruits and stem ginger. In the mouth it is creamy, mineral and has exceptional length.
