Babicka is crafted in the Czech Republic using Moravian grain and infused with dried wormwood blossom. According to legend, Czech witches or wise women, called `babickas,` often incorporated wormwood into their folk remedies, and some believe these concoctions may be considered the earliest vodka recipes. Expect a vodka that is smooth and silky, with fragrant notes of citrus and wormwood, culminating in a creamy, vanilla-rich finish.
