Based in Mersault, Domaine Roulot is a highly regarded estate producing mainly white Burgundy. Since 1989 the Domaine is run by Jean-Marc Roulot, who also works as film and TV actor. This 2020 Auxey-Duresses Blanc comes from two plots, one in Les Hautés and one in Les Fosses. It is a refined Chardonnay, with an intense minerality and a cool, elegant stature.
