The combination of these sites contributes to the wine`s complexity. Fermented in small open-top tanks, this Pinot Noir undergoes regular cap management for flavour extraction. It matures in French oak barrels, with 10% being new. Expect vibrant notes of red fruits, subtle earthiness, and a structured profile that reflects its origins. Au Bon Climat, founded by Jim Clendenen, is recognised for its commitment to traditional winemaking techniques.
