First produced in the 1975 vintage, this Montefalco Rosso from Arnaldo Caprai is a blend of 70% Sangiovese and 15% each of Sagrantino and Merlot. It has a perfumed nose of red fruits, and a palate marked by fresh strawberries and plums, with some creaminess and slightly herbal finish. It`s a charming, easy-drinking red wine that will pair very well with a variety of dishes thanks to its good acidity.
