Located in the village of Montigny-les-Arsures close to Arbois, Domaine Michel Gahier is a 7ha biodynamically farmed domaine focusing on terroir-driven wines, principally made from Trousseau, but also Chardonnay, Melon le Queue Rouge and Savagnin. La Vigne du Louis is a fresh, savoury Trousseau with notes of red cherry, leather and white pepper.
