Ao Yun is the premium Chinese wine created by LVMH, first produced in 2013. Each of Ao Yun’s 314 parcels spread across four villages – Adong, Xidang, Sinong and Shuori – has its own subtleties. This release is the 2018 vintage, a blend composed of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Cabernet Franc, 10% Merlot, 7% Syrah and 4% Petit Verdot. It is a full-bodied wine, showing notes of blackberries, thyme, liquorice, cloves and a hint of earthiness.
