Angels` Nectar is a new label of blended malt and single malt Scotch whiskies. It is owned by Highfern Ltd, a spirits company established by Robert Ransom in 2014. One of its current releases include this Islay single malt, matured for 7 years in former red wine casks from Rioja. It is a beautifully balanced dram, packed with forest fruits, with hints of vanilla and smoke.
