A blend of the best Carménère, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc from Le Mortelle’s finest vineyards, in the heart of Maremma in Tuscany. The 2015 vintage shows an intense ruby red colour. On the nose, aromas of black pepper and mint merge with notes of blackberries, blackcurrants and blueberries, against a floral background. Delicate hints of dark chocolate and liquorice complete the bouquet. On the palate, the wine is generous, enveloping, and complex with firm and silky tannins. The finish is long and a touch spicy.
