Meroni Amarone Il Velluto 2015 is a full-bodied appassimento red wine from the Amarone della Valpolicella appellation of Veneto, northern Italy. Produced from partially air-dried Corvina, Corvinone, Molinara and Rondinella grapes, this is a famously traditional style Amarone that is matured for at least five years in 20/25hl Slavonian oak barrels.
