La Colline is a single vineyard in Franschhoek planted with Semillon Blanc and Semillon Gris back in 1936. The 2017 is a fabulous kaleidoscope of intense citrus peel, ripe tangerine, crunchy apple and baking spices. A compelling wine of immense underlying concentration and depth that will almost certainly reward a few more years cellaring.
