Composed of rare and extraordinary parcels of mature dryland bush vines, over 90% Chenin Blanc with the remainder of the blend being Sémillon, Cartology is a vinous exploration of Cape heritage. Pale gold in colour, citrus rind and pear notes on the nose, with faint herbal, stony nuances together with soft cardamom-like spice. Sappy on the palate, with refreshing acidity and a long finish.
