Agrapart Minéral 2018 is a vintage blanc de blancs Champagne produced by Agrapart & Fils in Avize, Champagne. This Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is produced from two Grand Cru plots , Champ Boutons in Avize and Bionnes in Cramant. The Chardonnay vines in each plot are both more than 50 years old. The wine is aged on lees for six to seven years before disgorgement 2 months before the release date and dosage is limited to 3 grams per liter. With notes of citrus and mineral nuances, this wine offers a precise and elegant expression of its origins. Agrapart, established in 1894 passed throgh 4 generations, is known for its commitment to biodynamic practices and smaller-scale production, prioritising quality over quantity. Ideal for discerning palates, this Champagne reflects both tradition and a deep respect for the vineyard`s unique characteristics.
