Belonging to the Matton-Farnet family for 80 years, Château Minuty is a family run wine estate located in the southern French region of Provence. 281 is a classic dry rosé made from a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault sourced from vines that average over 25 years of age. It is pale salmon in colour with inviting aromas of white peach, melon, summer berries and sea spray. Wonderfully vibrant and refreshing on the palate, with pleasing underlying complexity, this is a brilliant rosé to pair with all manner of fresh seafood dishes, particularly grilled prawns.
