1848 Argaman 2020 is a full-bodied kosher red wine produced from Argaman grapes in the Upper Galilee region of Israel. Founded in 2006 by Yossi Shor, the 1848 Winery makes small quantities of handcrafted wines of the highest possible quality. This 100% Argaman from a single vineyard at the lower Galilee was aged for 18 months in small French oak barrels, 40% of which were new. The wine has delightful aromas of raspberries and red cherries. On the palate, it is a full-bodied wine, marked by black fruits, soft tannins and a long fruity finish.
