Produced using 100& malted barley, this excellent barrel aged Genever is triple distilled in a copper potstill before being re-distilled with juniper, liquorice and aniseed and then aged in new American oak. The result is a herbal, complex spirit which drinks like a Bourbon as much as a Genever - notes of vanilla and hints of oak char on the nose lead to a fresh, spicy palate and a long, creamy finish.
