Yarra Yering Dry Red No 2 2010 is a full-bodied Shiraz-based red blend from the relatively cool climate of the Yarra Valley of Australia. Drawing inspiration from the northern Rhône, the wine is produced with small proportions of Marsanne and Viognier, as well as the red grape Mataro (Mourvèdre). Now with more than a decade of development in the bottle, the 2010 No 2 has reached a peak of complexity, with harmonised notes of creme de cassis, blueberry, black tea, soy, cigar box and all spice.
