Wild Beer Co have been pushing the boundaries of ale for over half a decade. Their experimental brews have taken gastronomic inspiration from all over the world & have won them awards & plaudits left, right and centre.
Yadokai started life as a collaboration between three restaurants - Black Friars & Hanging Bat in Edinburgh & Nanban in London. The result is a beer brewed with sake yeast & made using sea buckthorn & seaweed. This is a unique, medium-bodied ale with aromas of tart berries, caramel & nougat on the nose & a rich mouthfeel with a funky, subtly tart finish.
