This Westport 21-Year-Old is a blended malt from That Boutique-y Whisky Company, which released only 330 bottles onto the market. On the nose there are stewed apples, plums, orange peel, chocolate and a little sprinkle of herbs. The palate is full-bodied, with hints of mango, passionfruit and dried fruits. The finish is long, indicating the sherried cask history.
