Having run his family domaine since 2014, Pierrick Bouley has emerged as one of the leading vignerons in Volnay, producing terroir-driven wines with minimal intervention and minimal added sulphur. Bouley`s 1er Cru Santenots is finely structured with smoky red and black berry fruits and hints of toasted oak.
