Viúva Gomes Branco is a Malvasia from the DOC Colares, sourced from ungrafted vines planted in sandy soils. The wine offers up notes of tangerine, orange blossom, sea breeze, and iodine, but is primarily saline and mineral, owing to its proximity to the sea, in addition to its high acidity.
