A unique release from Bodegas Bilbaínas, made from 100% Tempranillo Blanco grapes, a rare mutation of the more common red Tempranillo variety. Due to its rarity, Tempranillo Blanco wines are quite distinctive and express the unique characteristics of this grape variety. The wine exhibits a bright straw-yellow colour with golden highlights. On the nose, it offers a mix of citrus, tropical fruit, and floral notes, along with subtle hints of vanilla, toast, and spice from the oak aging. On the palate, this wine is full-bodied and well-structured, with a rich mouthfeel and balanced acidity. The flavours of ripe fruit are complemented by the oak-derived nuances, leading to a long and elegant finish.
