Villa Zarri is an Italian distillery of craft brandies based just outside Bologna. The produce an extensive selection of brandies using local Trebbiano grapes, also known as Ugni Blanc in France. This particular expression is a blend of distillates from different vintages, the youngest one being 10 years old. A complex spirit, combining notes of dried fruits, liquorice, toasted nuts and hints of vanilla.
