Established in 1997, Vignai da Duline traces its origins to Lorenzo Mocchiutti inheriting a few hectares of vines from his grandfather. The estate has gained recognition through their substantial efforts in revitalizing the vineyard, employing meticulous hand-harvesting, utilizing two sorting tables, and embracing natural fermentation. Schioppettino opens up to aromas of violets and red berries, accompanied by hints of spice and pepper. The palate unfolds with a spicy character, highlighting flavours of black pepper, followed by notes of black fruits and earthiness.
