The Tercinier family`s lineage in the Cognac region dates back to 1490, when Robin Tercinier settled with his family in Saintonges. Maison Vallein-Tercinier and the family`s inaugural distillery were established in 1850 by Georges Vallein, who supplied his cognac to major houses. This `brut de fût` cognac remains unaltered – extracted from its oak barrel without the addition of distilled water, sugar, or colouring. The resulting spirit boasts a distinctly woody aromatic bouquet, a testament to its prolonged ageing process.
