A cask-strength, 1969 vintage Grande Champagne cognac produced by the Vallein Tercinier family, who are based in Chermignac. There are notes of lavender, ginger and vanilla on the nose, some fragrant Szechuan pepper plus fruity undertones including orange and melon. On the palate, expect pineapple, mango and light medicinal touches.
