This unique release is made with the infusion of homemade ginger syrup and yuzu juice, which gives the expression a fresh, zesty flavour and pungent aroma. It is produced by Naminooto – which translates to ‘sound of waves’ – a famous sake brand owned by the three Nakai brothers. Bottled at only 8% ABV, it’s a relatively light sake that can be enjoyed over ice with a premium tonic water.
