Situated in the village of Congy, Domaine Ulysse Collin is an independent grower Champagne house known for terroir-driven wines of real intensity and depth. Les Maillons is a 100% Pinot Noir from a 6-hectare vineyard of which Collin owns 2.5 hectares. The Champagne has a remarkable fruity personality, bursting with notes of lemons, cherries and roses.
