Situated in the village of Congy, 30km south-west of Épernay, Domaine Ulysse Collin is known for producing exciting experimental single-vineyard champagnes, producing according to sustainable practices. `Les Maillons` is made from 100% Pinot Noir produced from a 6 hectare lieu dit, in the Coteaux du Sézannais and aged for 3 years on the lees. Spiced redcurrants and orchard fruit on the nose follow through on the beautifully balanced palate.
