Born in a small village in Bierzo, Raúl Pérez is recognised as one of Spain`s most talented winemakers. This release is a limited production white wine, made with the up-and-coming Godello grape variety. The fruit is sourced from a 25-year-old vineyard and is spontaneously fermented in barrel under a layer of flor. Expect a juicy wine, boasting notes of macadamia nuts and stone fruits, with slightly oxidative elements.
