Trois Noix was founded in 2013 by sister and brother Jaime and Greg Araujo (daughter and son of the legendary Bart and Daphne). Production is exceptionally limited with total annual production of roughly 300 cases each of Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. This is a bright and fresh Sauvignon Blanc with lovely notes of stone fruits, citrus and chalky minerality.
