Owned and operated by the Dürrbach family since 1973, Domaine de Trévallon is situated in the Medieval town of Les Baux-de-Provence, 30km south of Avignon, and is one of the most revered producers in the region. The flagship red is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grown at relative altitude on the slopes of the Alpilles. 1990 was a strong vintage across most of France and this is an all-time classic. Full-bodied, rich and beautifully balanced, this an incredible wine now nearing its zenith. It was bottled unfiltered so decanting to remove sediment is recommended.
