Valentini`s international reputation rests on the strength of only three wines. a refined Montepulciano d`Abruzzo, a flawless rosé Cerasuolo d`Abruzzo, and their Trebbiano d`Abruzzo, that showcases a complexity not dissimilar from an aged white Burgundy. On the nose, this 1991 vintage displays ripe citrus aromas and an elegant minerality. The palate is rich and creamy, with flavours of hazelnuts and a sprinkle of coconut. An ideal wine to pair with duck à l`orange or rigatoni in a creamy asparagus sauce.
