The focus is on single vineyard premium Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon from some of the Napa Valley’s finest sites. This is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Cimarossa Vineyard in the Howell Mountain AVA which sits at 2,100ft elevation. Renowned for wines of excellent longevity, this should be in its prime drinking window but could be cellared further.
