Hailing from the city of Asahikawa in Japan’s coldest prefecture, Hokkaido, Toku is fermented and matured in sub-zero temperatures, then kept chilled throughout its entire journey to Hedonism. Produced ‘Nama Chozo’ using Yamadanishiki rice, this super premium saké evokes aromas of honeydew melon leading to a chalky palate reminiscent of Grand Cru champagne. The finish is long and complex. This inaugural batch is limited to only 1,500 bottles.
