Hailing from the city of Asahikawa in Japan’s coldest prefecture, Hokkaido, Toku is fermented and matured in sub-zero temperatures, then kept chilled throughout its entire journey to Hedonism. Produced ‘Nama Chozo’ using Yamada Nishiki rice, this super premium saké evokes aromas of honeydew melon, citrus notes, brought together by subtle creamy umami & toffee notes.The finish is long and complex.
Just 6,000 bottles of the current release have been made available.
