Produced at the only Gueuze blenders in Wallonia, Tilquin is a relatively newly established brewery compared with their century-old counterparts in Brussels. A La Ancienne is a blend of one, two & three year old lambics which are refermented in barrel & aged for a minimum of six months for added complexity. A supremely light, refreshing ale with a distinctive lemon-fresh tartness.
