Established in 1875 by Médéric Tiffon and Roy, Tiffon boasts extensive ties to the rich soils of the Grande Champagne and Fins Bois regions. Le Vigilant is a 1995 vintage cognac that was bottled independently by the Belgian importer Malternative. Boasting a relatively low ABV, it features a pronounced oak influence, accompanied by nuances of dried apricot, toasted almonds, subtle hints of peach, and delicate milk chocolate notes.
