`Terlano Quarz Sauvignon Blanc 2022 is a medium-bodied white wine from the Alto Adige region of northern Italy. Cantina Terlano is one of the leading wine co-operatives in the world, with a particular expertise in producing long-lived, terroir-focused white wines. Matured on the lees for nine months partly in large wooden barrels (50%) and partly in stainless steel tanks (50%), the Quartz cuvée is one of Italy`s top Sauvignon Blancs. This ageworthy, mineral-led wine displays multilayered fruit – mango, papaya, lime and red grapefruit – with herbal aromas reminiscent of lemon grass, lemon balm, mint and green tea. It also reveals mineral notes of flint combined with a hint of gooseberry. Presented here in magnum format.
