Tamnavulin is a relatively new distillery built in 1966 in the rural village of Tomnavoulin. Although the doors were closed in 1995, they reopened in 2007 after a major refurbishment carried out by new owners Whyte & Mackay. This vintage expression was distilled in 1970 and it is oldest whisky in their range. Expect notes of pears, praline, walnut cake, fresh figs and coconut.
